Bundle & Fit is a brand created by Ashley Weaver that specializes in fitness for the "mommy lifestyle" as well as other women who aren't mothers. General fitness training is what I do best, but I especially love working with mommies! I strongly believe in working out safely through your pregnancy and beyond! The goal is to keep a strong core, maintain muscle mass, have easier an labor processes, feel great, and build confidence as you carry your child. After having a little one, Bundle & Fit is about helping you restore and recover properly, kicking your body back in gear! Regardless if you're a mommy or not, I want you to get the body you deserve! Ashley Weaver (formerly Ashley Wade), is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is a graduate of Michigan State University. Ashley earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. Along with personal training, Ashley has instructed several group fitness classes, bootcamps, and worked as a Barre Instructor while living in Dallas. Her love for fitness has also landed her a career in fitness lifestyle modeling. She has appeared in several national campaigns and worked for clients such as JcPenney, New Balance, Nike, Health Magazine, Shape Magazine, Advocare, Body Building.com, and many more.
Ashley has always been into moving her body and began dancing at the age of 5. She has dance professionally for the NBA Dallas Mavericks and is currently still dancing for a dance group specially created for mommies!
In 2016, she began her first pregnancy journey with her little girl Logan. Even though she has 7 years of experience as a CPT, she wanted to make sure her workouts were completely safe while pregnant so she decided to get a specialization in Perinatal Fitness through AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association for America). Upon getting her specialization, she began training pregnant and postpartum clients. Ashley carefully applies all the knowledge and techniques she has learned through her studies as a Perinatal Specialist and CPT all while adding her own signature flare to her workouts!
