Virtual Fit Camp
-Runs May 6th-May31st
-12 Virtual Training sessions total
-Workouts can be done at home
-Minimal equipment required (dumbbells, exercise ball & Jump rope)
-Suitable for all fitness levels with options to modify or advance exercises
-You MUST DOWNLOAD ZOOM ON YOUR PHONE/TABLET/COMPUTER to join the fit camp video meeting room for your workouts
-Three virtual workouts per week
-Workouts are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am CENTRAL STANDARD TIME
-Workouts include a quick warm up and cool down/stretch
-Sessions will last for 40 minutes
You will receive a meal plan to follow to get the best results!
-You will receive two independent workouts with a "home" or "gym" option per week.
-Private access to my Facebook fitness community for the program
- Weekly check-in's and private coaching
-Most importantly, you will reach new levels in your fitness journey, have fun, and learn how to maintain your results by eating well!
